Making fine chocolate is truly a form of culinary art, and our featured selections are about as far away from mass-produced chocolate (which are often made with animal fat fillers, very little cocoa, and lots of artificial ingredients) as you could possibly imagine. Many of our featured chocolatiers push the boundaries of creativity with ingredients such as cardamom, black tea, wasabi, sea salt, caramelized ginger, and much more. Such ingredients are often used sparingly to accent, but to never dominate the unmatched flavor of top-quality chocolate.

They closely control bean selection, fermentation, drying and roasting, before grinding the cocoa nibs, conching their chocolate, and ultimately hand-making each of their delicious chocolate confections.
